    buna ziua,
    am sa va rog sa verificati daca la produsul whiskey continutul in glucide este de 100, lista ar putea fi completata cu produse din zilele noastre si mai putine din vremea lui mincu, cascaval penteleu,dobrogea….cam greu le mai gasim…in schimb mozarella, ricotta, lapte de soia, fulgi de porumb, sunca din pui, piept de pui, alte produse cu larg interes in alimentatia prezenta ar putea sa-si faca loc in aceasta lista.va multumesc

    Articolul este foarte interesant şi util deoarece sunt diabetic şi urmează să îmi iau pompă de insulină. Am nevoie să-mi calculez glucidele cu exactitate. Ce n-am înţeles din lista de mai sus este de exemplu dacă storc sucul de la grapefruit cum calculez glucidele: la cantitatea de suc sau la fructul întreg cântărit? La fel pentru varză: se cântăreşte întreagă sau după ce am tocat-o şi aruncat cotorul?

    Nu prea intelegt pozitia si caracteristicile painii albe, este foarte aproape de painea permisa ceea ce eu stiam absolut altfel.
